GATEWAY INSURANCE BROKERS PRIVATE LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as 'GATEWAY' or 'We' or 'Us' or 'Our') welcomes you at https://www.Gatewayinsurance.in/ or mobile applications thereof accessible through various internet-enabled smart devices (individually and collectively referred to as 'Platform') for providing access and choice to buy insurance products from various insurance companies, and related services ('Services'), as available on the Platform.
Gateway is not an insurance company but a licensed Insurance Broking Company holding a Broking licence from the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI).
These Terms of Use ('Terms') constitute an electronic record in the form of an electronic contract formed under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made thereunder. These Terms do not require any physical, electronic or digital signature.
Governing Document
The Platform is owned by Gateway Insurance Brokers Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 with its registered office at 428, Blue Rose Industrial Estate, Western Express Highway, Borivali East, Mumbai 400066.
These Terms of Use available on the Platform govern the terms on which Gateway offers guest users or registered users (hereinafter referred to as 'You' or 'Your' or 'User') access to the Platform for availing Services.
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time without any prior written notice to You. It is Your responsibility to review these Terms of Use periodically for updates / changes. Eligibility
Services available through or use of the Platform are available only to persons of majority (18 years of age or more) who can legally enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
Persons who are incompetent to make a legal and valid contract — for any reason whatsoever (minor, undischarged insolvent or otherwise) — are not eligible to use our Platform. If you are under the age of 18 years, you must use the Platform under the supervision of your parent, legal guardian, or a responsible adult.
Gateway reserves its right, without assigning any reason, to restrict or limit your access to the Platform and can further terminate your access and deny the Services. This right of suspension/termination is in addition to any other remedy available to Gateway.
User Obligations
By using the Platform, you agree to:

- Not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
- Not impersonate any person or entity
- Not interfere with the proper working of the Platform
- Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Gateway reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or discontinue any or all Services at any time without notice.

All content on this Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Gateway Insurance Brokers Private Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content on this Platform without our express written consent.
The Gateway Insurance Brokers name, logo and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of Gateway Insurance Brokers Private Limited. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gateway shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Gateway provides this Platform on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Platform or the information, content, materials or products included on the Platform.
Gateway is an insurance intermediary and not the insurer. All insurance products are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective insurance companies.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gateway Insurance Brokers Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform, or your violation of these Terms of Use.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
